Services Description
EduCon provides medical education consulting services, including but not limited to USMLE preparation, residency application guidance, interview coaching, and access to our physical learning center facilities. Our services are designed for medical professionals and students pursuing careers in healthcare.
User Accounts
Some of our services may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the EduCon website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of EduCon or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Our educational materials, methodologies, and proprietary content are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

Payment Terms
Fees for our services are clearly displayed before purchase. By proceeding with payment, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time, with appropriate notice to our users.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by them.
